Founded by Tom and Kim Lowry, Pineapple Studios was born from a shared passion for powerful, authentic storytelling. With decades of combined experience in television, film and digital content, Tom and Kim bring world class expertise to every project they undertake.
Tom is an internationally acclaimed director and documentary filmmaker, while Kim has built an extensive career as an executive producer and content creator. As a filmmaker, Tom’s work has been featured on Netflix, BBC, Discovery, and Fox, while Kim has experience with ITV, BBC and Channel 4. Kim, as a content creator has grown 1 million followers across her social channels, The Kito Family.
Now based in Manila, Philippines, they established Pineapple Studios, alongside award-winning entrepreneur, Michael Needham, with a vision to create compelling non-scripted content that connects, inspires, and resonates with audiences.
